• COMPACT FOOTPRINT.
ES Process highlights a significantly low land area requirement, with a reduction of 25% in footprint under the same input capacity, helping recyclers save land resources, as well as construction costs.
• HIGHLY MODULARIZED DESIGN.
ES Process features a high degree of modularity in its design. Thanks to the highly motivated and innovative R&D team, BoReTech managed to integrate units with different functions seamlessly, greatly enhancing efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
• SUPER WASHING PERFORMANCE.
The intensive hot washing modular effectively removes the contaminants and dirty oil from the surface of the flakes. The upgraded rinsing modular, which leaves nearly "0" detergent residue, makes it possible that the remaining contaminants are less than 100 PPM.
• PREMIUM QUALITY.
